Sono molto felice ogni volta che ho appuntamento con Irina per la manicure mani e piedi, sono tanti anni che mi affido e mi fido solo di lei, lavori sempre eccellenti e precisi.

Piccolo ma molto accogliente salone. Ottima accoglienza dal personale molto qualificato. Ho chiesto ed ottenuto un ottimo taglio corto. La proprietaria è una gentilissima hairstylist americana con una particolare abilità nel realizzare il colore che si desidera. Infine, ma non meno importante, l'uso di prodotti Redken, una marca americana di eccellente qualità che già conoscevo ma che non riuscivo a trovare. Eccellente!

Ottima cucina. Ambientate familiare. Prezzi equilibrati.

I visited Element Salon while staying in Rome, and it ended up being such a good find. I travel full-time, so I’m always on the lookout for salons in different countries where I can feel confident about the quality of the work and ideally communicate in English. Being a new client every time can be nerve-racking, especially when it comes to color. The team here was welcoming and easy to talk to, which immediately made me feel more comfortable. Chrissy did my hair, and I was genuinely impressed. Lightening can go wrong quickly, especially when someone doesn’t know your hair history, but she approached it thoughtfully and with precision. She lifted my color evenly and gave me exactly the tone I was hoping for. It felt intentional and skillful, and I left feeling confident in the result. As someone who’s constantly moving between cities and countries, finding a salon you’d trust again is rare. I’m really glad I found this one during my time in Rome!

It didn't matter how much Italian I studied, I just couldn't seem to find a hair salon where I was able to explain or where they understood the aesthetic I was looking for. I decided to come to element, and I've seen Chrissy for the past couple of years, and have enjoyed every cut! Most recently, I added highlights, which I wanted to be sure were super natural, and Chrissy delivered! More than my stylist though, Chrissy is an extremely kind human who I always look forward to catching up with (who doesn't judge me if it's been 6 months since I've seen her). <3

This is an amazing American salon in Rome! Chrissy is outstanding and went out of her way in making time to fix my hair after a disaster in an Italian salon! I can't believe how great it looks! Plus, all the employees spoke English as well as the other clients that were there. I felt so "at home"! I will definitely be passing along Chrissy's name and number to all my American friends here in Rome. I am so grateful to have found Chrissy and Element Salon!

I came in after I'd gotten an all-over brown colour at another salon which looked uniform/flat and brassy. Chrissy toned it back to neutral/cool and added some beautiful blonde highlights which I asked for. She was friendly, patient, and interested in understanding exactly what I wanted my hair to look like! Very happy with the results and definitely recommend her!
